Subscription Service Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to Liquid Locks's Subscription Service ("Service"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Commitment
1.1. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to a minimum commitment period of four (4) payments ("Minimum Commitment Period"). This Minimum Commitment Period begins upon activation of your subscription.
1.2. You may not cancel your subscription during the Minimum Commitment Period, except as outlined in Section 3 (Cancellation Policy) of these Terms.
2. Subscription Fee
2.1. The subscription fee ("Subscription Fee") for the Service will be charged to your chosen payment method on a monthly basis.
2.2. The Subscription Fee is non-refundable, including but not limited to cases where the customer no longer wishes to receive the product, except as outlined in Section 3 (Cancellation Policy) of these Terms.
2.3. Liquid Locks reserves the right to change the Subscription Fee at any time. Notice of any such changes will be provided to you in advance.
2.4. No refunds will be given for Subscribe and Save orders under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. After the Minimum Commitment Period has expired, customers are able to cancel their subscriptions using the customer portal. The customer portal can be accessed via the link provided in each subscription email or by logging into their account on our shop.
3.2. If a subscription is canceled before the end of the Minimum Commitment Period, the customer will be required to pay out the remaining balance of the Minimum Commitment Period, calculated as the monthly Subscription Fee multiplied by the number of payments remaining in the Minimum Commitment Period.
3.3. Customers have the option to cancel their subscription and reactivate it at any time using the customer portal, subject to the commitment period outlined in 3.2.
4. Suspension or Termination
4.1. Liquid Locks reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment or violation of these Terms.
4.2. In the event of suspension or termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any Subscription Fees already paid.
5. Changes to the Service
5.1. Liquid Locks reserves the right to make changes to the Service, including but not limited to changes in features, pricing, or availability, at any time without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquid Locks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your subscription to the Service.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not subscribe to the Service.
9. No Refund Policy
9.1. Refunds will not be issued for Subscribe and Save orders under any circumstances, including but not limited to situations where the customer changes their mind, no longer requires the product, or misses subscription emails.
Liquid Locks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Liquid Locks website.
